A 50% deposit reserves your date — and it’s applied to your total, not an extra charge. The balance is due 48 hours before the event. Gratuity of 18–20% is customary.
More than 48 hours before: forfeit deposit only — any balance you paid is refunded. Within 48 hours: the full balance applies (groceries bought, time reserved). Gratuities always refunded; emergencies reviewed case by case.
