I grew up in Memphis, Tennessee — where soul food is how we celebrate, how we grieve, how we show up for each other. Every dish I cook carries that DNA. That Memphis spirit. That soulful touch.
In 2019, I started with a catering company — just me, a dream, and a deep belief that Nashville deserved real soul food. One year later, I bought my first food truck. What started as a mobile kitchen became a community. What became a community is now becoming a global movement.
Seven years in. Hundreds of events catered. Thousands of meals prepared. And we are just getting started.
