Simple & Fair
33% deposit books your date when you reserve 15+ days out — or 50% if you book within 14 days. The deposit is applied to your total, not an extra charge.
Your final guest count, menu, and balance are due 7 days before the event. You can add guests if we can accommodate — the count just can’t drop after that.
15+ days before: deposit is forfeited, nothing more owed — and it can transfer once to a new date within 6 months. Within 14 days: full balance applies (food’s already bought).
